Samenvatting

Qualitative research in the form of interviews during the world expo 2025 has shown that the feedback systems at Van der Linde Catering are outdated and not used in the correct way. I came up with a new feedback system that is incorporated in the daily habits of employees. My research used the form of Open Coding.
