Rosewood Amsterdam is a recently opened hotel in Amsterdam. With an opening come many challenges but also the opportunity to create a company culture from the ground up. When interviewing the client for this proposal – Francesco Marcelli Flori, the Director of Front Services – several key issues were found based on his previous experience.
