Het ontbreekt nog aan noodzakelijke kennis over factoren die samenhangen met vitaliteit bij ervaren verpleegkundigen en verzorgenden. Dergelijke knowhow zou de kans vergroten dat oudere zorgprofessionals goed toegerust en met plezier aan het werk blijven.
